RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. Within 14 days of receiving your purchase, if you intend to make a return, you must click on the following link: make a return . After entering the order number, email/telephone number used when ordering and indicating the reason for the return, you can choose between various options (Exchange, refund, voucher...). Then confirm the request. 

2.    While waiting for the return email, place the item in the same Ulysses box in which you received it, packaged inside any garment bag or white envelope that were delivered to you. For the return to be accepted, it is important that the warranty label attached to the garment remains intact.
 
3.    Be sure to close the box carefully with tape. Take care to remove the previously applied waybills.
 
4.    The returned products must be delivered to the courier or to the collection point, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the customer received the email acceptance of the return.
 
5.    Once the package has been returned to our warehouse for adequate checks, within 14 days we will refund the amount paid for the goods returned via the same payment method used during the checkout phase. order, less the return fee of €7.99, or upon sending the requested size in exchange. Shipping costs will not be refunded if paid at the time of ordering. We also inform you that, in the event that the purchased item is returned in an inappropriate way (e.g. dirty, wrinkled, bad-smelling item) and therefore in conditions unsuitable for sale, the laundry costs will be deducted from the refund (Up to 30 €).
 
6.    In the case of a return for exchange, once the item has returned to the office, and after the appropriate checks, the chosen item will be automatically shipped.
