Return Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1.    Within 14 working days of receiving your purchase, you will be able to go to the "Orders" section of your user profile and click on "See order details" for the order you wish to return. By selecting the "Returns/replacements" button you can choose the product to return by indicating the reasons for the return using a specific form. Finally, you submit the request.
       If you have not registered at the time of purchase, go to the 'Profile' section, select the 'Verify your order' item and enter your e-mail address together with your order number. By starting the search you will automatically be directed to your order page where, once you click on 'Returns/Replacements', you will be able to choose the items to return, indicating the reason and any notes. To complete the return, simply press "Send request".


2.    While waiting for the email with the return authorization, place the item in the same Ulysses box in which you received it, packaged inside any garment bag or white envelope that was delivered to you. For the return to be accepted, it is important that the warranty label attached to the garment remains intact.
 
3.    Be sure to close the box carefully with tape. Take care to remove the previously applied waybills.
 
4.    When the return is authorized, you will be contacted to arrange the return collection day. The courier will already send you a label to add to the package.
​​       You have 14 days from the return authorization to return the package.
 
5.    Once the package has been returned to our warehouse for adequate checks, within 14 days we will refund the amount paid for the goods returned to the same credit card or Paypal account used during the order process minus the return fee of € 7.99 or upon sending the requested size in exchange. Shipping costs will not be refunded if paid at the time of ordering. We also inform you that, in the event that the purchased item is returned in an inappropriate manner (e.g. dirty, wrinkled, bad-smelling item) and therefore in conditions unsuitable for sale, the laundry costs will be deducted from the refund (Up to 30 €).
 
6.    In the case of a return for a size change, the desired size must be specified in the reasons for requesting the return. Once the garment has returned to the office, and after the appropriate checks, if the size is available, it will automatically be sent to the customer. If there is no indication or availability of the size, the amount will be credited in the same way as the payment was made.
