For orders under €199, the shipping cost is €5.00 in Italy and €12.00 in Europe. It will take from 2 to 3 days for deliveries to the peninsula, up to 7 days for deliveries to islands or remote areas, except in cases of force majeure.

Items can be returned by requesting a return authorization within 14 days from the delivery date of the purchase.

You can also choose cash on delivery. In this case you will pay the courier in cash when you receive the goods and a service charge of 6 Euros will be charged.

Bank transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, once the order is completed, you will receive the bank details to make the payment. Send the copy of the bank transfer, via email, within 48 hours of the order, this will allow us to keep the ordered products aside. Otherwise the order will be cancelled. The order will still be shipped only when the amount is actually credited to our bank account.
